Client Information
Virtualised Data Solutions Ltd considers the privacy of its clients to be of utmost importance and works to protect it. The steps that Virtualised takes to respect client privacy are listed below:
1. Virtualised does not make any client data available to third parties. We do not sell lists, accept advertising, or generate any third-party revenue from data generated from this site. We do not share data from any client with other clients.
2. Virtualised staff can place reports and materials into a client's Private Area. To prevent duplicate placement of reports and materials, staff may review the contents in this area. Staff training on our Privacy Policy includes discussion of Private Area review privileges and stresses the confidentiality of clients' data.
3. To encourage staff to respond to client feedback, names and email addresses of clients that use the "Feedback" feature are forwarded to the person who wrote that report and to Virtualised management.
4. All Virtualised employees receive copies of this Privacy Policy as part of staff training. Virtualised management considers violation of client confidentiality to be a serious infringement of Virtualised policies.
